こんにちは、ネクストモードの眞鍋です。

Slack通知オートメーションにて、メッセージをカスタマイズできるようになりました。  
本ブログでは、アップデートの詳細と具体的な使用例をご紹介します。

## これまでのSlack通知オートメーションの課題

これまでのSlack通知オートメーションでは、通知されるメッセージの内容はあらかじめ決まっていました。   
例として、ステータス変更をトリガーにしたSlack通知オートメーションの場合、以下のようなメッセージが通知されていました。

これは手軽に実装可能な反面、以下のような課題がありました。

- メッセージ以上の詳細な情報は、Notionのページを開いて確認する必要があった
- ひと目で通知内容を把握すること難しかった

今回のアップデートにより、必要な情報を動的にメッセージに含めることが可能となり、こうした課題を解決できるようになりました。

## カスタムメッセージの作成例

今回は、以下のようなタスク管理データベースで、タスクが「完了」した際の通知をカスタマイズする例をご紹介します。

1. **Slack通知のオートメーションを作成** 
     - まずは、データベースのオートメーション設定を開きます。 トリガーは、タスクのステータスが「完了」になった時、に設定します。![custom-messages-for-notion-automations-3](https://info.nextmode.co.jp/hs-fs/hubfs/custom-messages-for-notion-automations-3.png?width=500&height=603&name=custom-messages-for-notion-automations-3.png)
2. **通知アクションに「Slackに通知を送信」を追加** 
     - 通知先チャンネルを選択し、メッセージ作成画面に進みます。

3. **メッセージをカスタマイズ** 
     - 「カスタムメッセージ」欄に、以下の内容を入力し、保存します。

この設定で、タスクが完了するたびに、Slackに以下のようなメッセージが自動で投稿されます。

Slack通知をカスタマイズすることで、「誰が」「どのタスクを」完了したのかをSlack上でひと目で確認できるようになり、可読性が向上しました。   
また、前回実施日もメッセージに含めることで、必要な全ての情報がメッセージ上で確認できるようになりました。

## 関数（Formula）でのカスタムメッセージ作成の例

さらに高度な通知を設定したい場合は、関数（Formula）を組み合わせるのがおすすめです。

例えば、タスク完了時の通知に、「前回実施日からの遅延日数」を含めたい場合を例に実装してみます。

- タスク完了日が、前回実施日より2日以上経過している場合 → 「xx日遅延しました」
- タスク完了日が、前回実施日から2日以内の場合 → 「遅延なし」

1. **関数（Formula）を使用したカスタムメッセージ作成画面を開く**

2. **関数（Formula）を入力** 
     - 以下のような関数を入力し、保存します。

これにより、前回実施日が3日前のシャンプーの完了通知は以下の様になりました。

また、直後に実行した追いシャンプーの完了通知は以下の様になりました。

このように、関数を組み合わせることで、より詳細で実用的な通知を作成できます。
